MEET YOUR PARTNER in SOLAR - Wayne decoteau image
Let me introduce myself, I’m Wayne DeCoteau – before becoming Your Partner in Solar, I was a successful Sales  Consultant for many years in the Outdoor Advertising, Telecommunications and Solar Energy sectors. I made a  commitment over 7 years ago to focus on building partnerships and connections that last beyond a transaction. I pride  myself on building relationships based on:

Trust
Integrity
Honesty

I enjoy sharing the many benefits and savings that a solar system for home could produce for individuals and families. As a loving father and husband – I understand the importance of saving money, that’s why I’m a proud owner of renewable solar power & electricity that keeps my home running efficiently. Would you allow me to share with you the benefits of Solar , and what I call "Electricity Equity with Solar Ownership"
Not only am I a resource for homeowners and business owners, I also specialize in assisting realtors to help them better understand solar technology for potential/current clients. I’m always looking for an opportunity to share my knowledge with prospective/current solar power system owners, real estate agents or a person just curious about the technology.
I’m a proud member of Business Connects where I frequently take part and attend local community and non-profit organization events.

As a residential solar installer, I help and educate people about the efficiency of harnessing the power of the sun to save on your electric bill. If you need solar installation in in the state of new jersey, contact us!  We are a leader in solar energy!  To get info about solar incentives, please read on.....
New Jersey Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) Rebates: The NJCEP offers rebates to residential and commercial customers who install solar panels. The amount of the rebate is based on the size of the solar panel system and the customer's electric utility. To be eligible for the rebate, the solar panel system must be installed by a NJCEP-approved contractor and meet certain technical and performance requirements. If the rebate amount is sufficient to cover the cost of installing solar panels, you may be able to install them with no money out of pocket.

Federal Solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC): The federal solar ITC allows you to claim a credit on your federal taxes for 30% of the cost of installing a solar panel system. The credit is available for both residential and commercial installations and applies to systems placed in service by the end of 2023. If the credit is sufficient to cover the cost of installing solar panels, you may be able to install them with no money out of pocket.

Financing Options: There are several financing options available that may allow you to install solar panels with no money out of pocket. These options can include loans, leases, and power purchase agreements (PPAs).

Loans: Solar panel installation loans are offered by banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. They allow you to borrow money to pay for the cost of installing solar panels, and you can typically choose a repayment term that fits your budget. If the loan is sufficient to cover the cost of installing solar panels, you may be able to install them with no money out of pocket.

Leases: Solar panel leases allow you to use solar panels without owning them. A solar panel company installs the panels on your property and you pay a monthly fee to use them. At the end of the lease term, you may have the option to purchase the panels or have them removed. If the monthly lease payments are sufficient to cover the cost of installing solar panels, you may be able to install them with no money out of pocket.

Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs): With a power purchase agreement (PPA), a solar panel company installs panels on your property and you agree to purchase the electricity generated by the panels at a fixed price. The company owns and maintains the panels, and you only pay for the electricity you use. If the electricity generated by the panels is sufficient to cover the cost of installing them, you may be able to install solar panels with no money out of pocket.

You Will Attain An Advantage With Solar

Hey everyone This is Wayne DeCoteau with Your Partner In Solar. Your Partner In Solar is an installation firm for photovoltaic solar panels. We have a presence in the New Jersey, New York region. I've worked in the Solar field for more than 8 years, helping businesses and homeowners transition to solar energy. Today, I'm here with you to talk regarding the Transition Renewable Energy certificate Program, also known by the TREC. It's the TREC is the new solar program that's being offered in New Jersey. It's an incentive-based solar program that's offered over a period of 15 years. It's beneficial to homeowners as well as business owners.

When an array of solar panels produces 1,000 Kilowatt hours, you'll be awarded a certificate worth cash. For residential use, the value is $91.20. Commercially you'll get $152 for a fixed. the typical residential system could yield 10,000 kilowatts of energy annually, for instance. in this case, your $91.20 incentive is worth more than $900 in year one , and $13,000 for the next 15 years of commercial usage, which makes it worth more. We are awestruck by this incentive. It offers a good assurance for the return of investment, and also aids in managing cash flow on loans from solar.

If you're spending 18¢ per kWh, and your Solar Panel System can take you down to 12¢ per kWh , we encourage our clients in these situations to use 3¢ of those savings, and get a brand new roof. The savings is what I call Electricity Equity
If you are going to pay for electricity for a lifetime, why not use what I call "Electricity Equity" to own your energy and improve your property value in the process. Let's say before going solar, you paying around $150 a month on your Electric bill. You get nothing but an average of a 3% annual increase with that. We come in , we have a discussion. What if you can now spend $130 a month, and get a brand new roof! Think about it. Own your system. Spend a little bit less than you are spending. Now the utility company pays you for the next 15 years. (NJ). You have a brand new roof , You are paying less, and the Federal Government is going to help you subsidize that.
Solar power is a clean, green, sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. The amount of solar energy available on Earth is approximately 10 times greater than the total energy generated by all of humanity’s power plants.
Federal Solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC)**

The 26% federal solar tax credit is available for purchased home solar systems installed by December 31, 2022. Compensation per kilowatt-hour (kWh) produced by the system. (Varies by market value.) Property tax exemption on the added home value from the rooftop solar system.
